- the words i told to one of my close friends, during tea, today evening... She was so impressed by this statement, that i thought it might be worth putting the same up here to get more comments :-)
Afterthought - It is a fact that when i started this statement, i didnt know where it was going at all... just a verbal reflex from my end...Hmmm...Experience in JAMming helps so much in such cases!!! ;->

At some point in our life, God makes us realize this thing which you have told.
Just like a fish in water will know the importance of water, only when it is removed from it...in the same way we never realize this truth about ourselves.. and how we are influenced by the people and environment around.
But once we do realize that....we are able to control ourselves better...and then we realize how kind God was to make us the way we are.
An old saying goes....
Learn to love yourselves.... that's when you will discover those others who actually love you too.

Looks you captured the attention of the readers or your tea partner for that matter just by the word "GOD".
Well I do not want to take that route as I am in the process of stabilizing my thoughts on that matter..it might take sometime for me to come up with something on that matter.
What captured my attention were the first few words.
"You are what you are"....In my opinion all the other influences be it people,events only stick on to your inner self and are just superficial things. The inner self will be the same….except for the formative years in your life when this 'inner self' builds up.
It's really true that "you are not you by yourself..." but it is the people and enviornment around you makes so..
